Organ-on-Chips in immuno-oncology research

Immunocompetent Cancer-on-Chip (iCoC) models are powerful tools to better understand the pathogenesis of cancer and to develop novel (immuno-)therapies. In the framework of the IMI2 project imSAVAR we reviewed the current state, the opportunities and the future applications of iCoCs.
