On May 12th and 13th 2022, the 3R-Center Tübingen organized the first in-person Annual Conference Of The 3R-Network Baden Württemberg at the University of Tuebingen, funded by the Ministry of Science and Arts (MWK) Baden Württemberg (BW). This was a mammoth task of connecting research groups in the BW area, and included talks by groups from universities at Konstanz, Stuttgart, Reutlingen, Heidelberg, Mannheim, Freiburg and Ulm. Keynote speakers included Dr. Andreas Stahl, Dr. Janna Nawroth and Dr. Marcelle Holloway. This was followed by a productive young investigator session and a very interesting poster session where new ideas in the field of 3R research were developed and exchanged. It was a great experience to finally meet in person again!
