The Retina-Chip in action

In our publication in Stem Cell Reports, iPSC-derived retinal organoids were integrated into the retina-on-chip model to recreate microphysiological tissue environments. This model was used to analyze the efficacy, kinetics and other parameters of adeno-associated viruses (AAVs), displaying its potential as a screening platform for future gene therapies.
